Persyaratan Pendaftaran SMP & SMA:

• Foto Copy Akte Kelahiran ( 1 lembar )
• Foto Copy Kartu Keluarga ( 1 lembar )
• Foto Copy KTP Orang Tua ( 1 lembar )
• Fotocopy NISN ( 1 Lembar )
• Fotocopy Rapot kelas V semester ganjil-genap dan rapot kelas VI semester ganjil (Bagi yang mendaftar SMP Bina Aswaja)
• Fotocopy Rapot kelas VII semester ganjil-genap, rapot kelas VIII semester ganjil-genap, dan rapot kelas IX semester ganjil
• Pasfoto 3x4 (Dengan seragam sekolah asal dengan background Merah)
• Fotocopy BPJS (Jika ada)
• Mengikuti Tes Tertulis & Wawancara
